Parish Volunteer Fingerprinting

Step-by-Step Registration Guide

Getting Started

Follow these instructions to complete your online registration and schedule your fingerprinting appointment through Fieldprint.

First, visit the Fieldprint website:

Go to fieldprintflorida.com

📋 Once you're on the Fieldprint website, follow these steps:

1 Schedule Appointment

On the Fieldprint homepage, you'll see the option to schedule an appointment.

Click on "Schedule Appointment"

2 Create Your Account

You'll be welcomed to Fieldprint and asked to either sign in or create a new account.

Click on "Sign Up" to create a new account

3 Agree to E-SIGN Consent

Before proceeding, you'll need to agree to the electronic signature consent agreement.

Click "I Agree" on the Consent Agreement

4 Set Up Your Login Credentials

Now you'll create your account credentials. Fill out the following:

Enter a valid email address (required for registration)
Create a username and password
Password must be at least 8 characters long
Select 3 security questions from the provided list and answer them

Click "Continue" when complete

                    IMPORTANT: Save your username, password, and security question answers in case you need to return to the website later.
                

5 Verify Your Email

Fieldprint will send a verification email to the address you provided.

Check your email for a "Fieldprint Account Verification" message with an 8-digit code
Enter the 8-digit code on the website to verify your account

Click "Complete Registration"

6 Log In to Your Account

Now that your account is verified, you'll log in for the first time.

Enter your Username and Password

Click "Login"

You'll be asked to answer one of your security questions for confirmation.

Click "Continue" after answering

7 Enter the Parish Code

You'll be asked for a Fieldprint Code. This code connects you to St. Andrew Parish.

Enter this code exactly as shown (case-sensitive):

FPAOMParishVol

Click "Continue with Fieldprint Code"

NOTE: All Fieldprint codes are CASE SENSITIVE - copy the code exactly as shown above

8 Enter Your Personal Information

You'll be asked to provide your personal information. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

CRITICAL: Double-check all information for accuracy (full legal name, social security number, date of birth, address, etc.) - any mistakes will prevent your appointment from being completed.

Click "Continue" at the bottom of the page

9 Complete Demographics

You'll need to provide demographic information. All fields with an asterisk (*) must be filled out.

IMPORTANT: Verify all information is accurate - mistakes can affect your background check results.

Click "Continue" at the bottom

10 Select Your Job Information

You'll be asked to select job-related information from drop-down menus:

Select your "Job Type" from the drop-down list
Select your "Location" from the drop-down list
Answer whether you are under 18 years old

                    TIP: Select a "Job Type" based on your volunteer role (e.g., Church volunteer, CCD/Catechist, Eucharistic Minister, etc.)
                

11 Biometric Disclosure

This is a requirement from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) confirming you are the person who will be fingerprinted.

Check the "I agree" box
Type in your full legal name

Click "Continue"

12 FBI Privacy Rights

You'll review the FBI Noncriminal Justice Applicant's Privacy Rights (required by Florida law).

Check the "I acknowledge......" box

Click "Continue"

13 FBI Privacy Statement

You'll review the FBI Privacy Statement and Privacy Notice (required by Florida law).

Scroll to the bottom of the page

Check the "I acknowledge..." box at the bottom

Click "Continue"

14 VECHS Waiver

Complete the VECHS (Volunteer and Employee Criminal History System) Waiver as required by Florida law.

Fill out all fields marked with an asterisk (*)
Check the "I agree" box
Type in your full legal name

Click "Continue" at the bottom

15 Confirmation & Appointment Number

🎉 Congratulations! Your registration is complete. You'll see a confirmation page with your appointment details.

                    SAVE YOUR APPOINTMENT NUMBER: The confirmation page will display an appointment number that you must present when you arrive for fingerprinting.
                

Write down or screenshot your appointment number
You'll also receive a confirmation email with your appointment details

Please be sure to present two (2) valid forms of identification

Bring these documents to your fingerprinting appointment
